He's my favorite champion, so I figured why not post a set of runes I used to climb from Gold V (a.k.a the troll league here) to Platinum V straight. 8 wins 4 losses.
Quintessence: Ability power x3
Mark: Magic Pen. x6 + Armor x3
Seal: Ability power x6 + Armor x3
Glyph: Ability power x3 + Magic resist x6
It's very messy since I came up with this runes setup, but it's reasonable, trust Vlad. ;)
